Deleting your data

Remove a social account

Open Social accounts and choose Disconnect next to the account. Its access tokens are deleted immediately and scheduled posts to it are cancelled. You can also remove OVAL SMM in the platform's own settings (for example Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, Google Account → Third-party access, TikTok → Security → Manage app permissions).

Download your data

Signed in, go to My settings → Privacy & data → Download my data for a JSON copy of your profile, preferences, memberships, content and drafts.

Delete your OVAL SMM account

Go to My settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. Your profile is deleted immediately, together with workspaces you own (their connected accounts, content, media and reports) unless another admin takes them over. Backups are overwritten within 30 days. If you can't sign in, email support@theoval.pro from the address you registered with.

Posts already published

Deleting data in OVAL SMM doesn't remove posts already published on a social network; delete those on the platform itself.
