Who we are

OVAL SMM (smm.theoval.pro) is provided by OVAL LTD, [registered address]. Contact: support@theoval.pro.

Free service

All features currently available are free for registered users. We may introduce paid plans later; we'll give clear notice first and won't charge you without your explicit agreement. To keep the service reliable we apply fair-use limits (for example on AI generations per hour), and we explain them in the app.

Your responsibilities

You must follow the terms and developer policies of every platform you connect (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Threads). You're responsible for the content you publish and for having the rights to it, including music, images and trademarks.

Not allowed

Using OVAL SMM for fake followers or views, bought or automated engagement, unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, misleading or illegal content, collecting other people's credentials or private data, or getting around platform limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

AI-generated drafts

AI Content Studio output is a draft. It can be inaccurate and is not a guarantee of reach, growth or results. Review it before publishing.

Analytics and recommendations

Metrics come from platform APIs, your manual entries or estimates, and are labelled accordingly. Recommendations are suggestions based on your own data, not guarantees; correlation doesn't prove cause.

Availability

Platforms can change or restrict their APIs at any time. We'll tell you when a change affects publishing or analytics, but we can't guarantee every post will publish or every metric will be available.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from My settings. See Data deletion.
