Who we are
OVAL SMM (smm.theoval.pro) is operated by OVAL LTD, [registered address]. Privacy contact: support@theoval.pro.
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, password (stored hashed), time zone, language, niche and goal you choose to tell us.
- Content you create: ideas, drafts, posts, media, comments, research notes, reports.
- Connected platform data: when you connect an account, the access tokens and the basic profile information the platform provides (name, username, picture, page or channel id), and metrics for your own accounts and posts that the platform's API allows.
- Usage and security data: sign-in times, IP address in our audit log, and records of important actions (for example connecting an account or approving a post).
How we use it
To run OVAL SMM for you: publish what you schedule, show your analytics and recommendations, send the notifications you choose, keep the service secure and answer support requests. We don't sell your data and don't use platform data for advertising.
AI processing
When you use the AI Content Studio, the inputs you type (topic, niche, audience and similar) are sent from our server to Anthropic's Claude API to generate drafts. Your social account tokens and analytics are not sent.
Social platform data
Access tokens are encrypted at rest, never shown in the app or to our staff, and never written to logs. We request only the permissions needed for the features you use. Disconnecting an account deletes its tokens immediately. Our use of data from Google (YouTube), Meta (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), TikTok, LinkedIn and X follows each platform's developer terms; Google data use follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We don't scrape data or collect private information about your audience.
Sharing
Only with our hosting providers, Anthropic (for AI drafts, as above), the platforms you ask us to publish to, people you invite to your workspaces, and authorities when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is open. You can delete content, connections and your whole account at any time; see Data deletion.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export and delete your data in My settings, or by emailing support@theoval.pro.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and protect forms (session and CSRF cookies). No advertising or tracking cookies.
